All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with these Terms prior to closure. Rally918 reserves the right to retain records of closed accounts in compliance with applicable record-keeping obligations.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for standard payment methods and RM100 equivalent for cryptocurrency deposits. Deposits made via DuitNow and Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account within 30 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. FPX bank transfers typically take between 5 and 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network conditions.
All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagering activity on Rally918 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed deposit. Rally918 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions.

Rally918's aggregate liability to any individual Player, in respect of all claims arising in any twelve-month period, shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player during the same period. Nothing in these Terms limits Rally918's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Rally918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no fewer than 7 days from notification for material changes.
